We provide concise monthly and annual statements and we W9 property vendors as required by the IRS, which makes tax time so much easier for our clients. We handle and monitor out of State waivers and out of Country waivers with the IRS, ensuring that our clients are in compliance. We issue year end 1099's to our owners and vendors which makes tax time a breeze for our clients.
