If you choose to be be represented by an agent outside of our brokerage, please schedule your showing with that agent and know that we must communicate through your agent due to regulations. At times, an application my be accepted although we still have upcoming showings scheduled. If this occurs, you will be notified of showing cancellation. We realize this can be disappointing, and we encourage you to look at a property as soon as you can. Complete applications are presented to the property owners as soon as they are ready. All of our properties are professionally cleaned prior to move in.
